McConnell moves to proceed to S.2146, Sanctuary Policies, and files cloture

Senator McConnell withdrew the motion to proceed to H.R.2028, then moved to proceed to Calendar #252, S.2146, Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act, and filed cloture on the motion. He then asked consent that the cloture vote occur at 2:15pm on Tuesday, October 20.
