Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 10:45am, with the time equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. At 10:45am, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.2028, the Energy and Water Appropriations bill. The Republicans will control the time from 10:45am to 11:30am and the Democrats will control the time from 11:30am to 12:15pm. The time from 12:15pm to 12:45pm will be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees, followed by a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.2028.
