Cloture filed on Griffin nomination (NLRB)

This evening, Senator Reid filed cloture on Executive Calendar #344, the nomination of Richard Griffin, of the District of Columbia, to be General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board. The cloture vote will occur at 5:30pm on Monday, October 28.
