Schedule for Tuesday, October 20, 2015

Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will enter Executive Session to consider the nomination of Ann Donnelly to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, with the time until 11:00am equally divided followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.

Upon disposition of the Donnelly nomination, the Senate will proceed to Legislative Session and resume consideration of Calendar #252, S.2146, Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act.

The Senate will recess from 12:30 until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At 2:15pm, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.2146, Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act.
