Objections to TSCA / LWCF

Senator Udall asked unanimous consent that at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader the Senate proceed to the consideration of Calendar number 121, S. 697, TSCA. Further, that the only amendment to be offered by Senator Inhofe; that there be up to 2 hours of debate equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, and that following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate vote on adoption of the amendment, the bill be read a third time and the Senate vote on passage of the bill as amended, if amended, with no intervening action or debate.

Senator Burr asked that the consent be modified to include a Burr amendment to extend the Land Water Conservation Fund.

Senator Lee objected to the modified request.
