Senate passes H.R.208 and H.R.774

By unanimous consent, the Senate passed H.R.208, to require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to establish a program to make loans to certain businesses, homeowners, and renters affected by Superstorm Sandy, with a Vitter amendment.

The Senate then passed H.R.774, Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing Enforcement Act of 2015.
