Agreement to vote on Vildardo nomination on Monday @ 5:30pm

The Senate has reached an agreement that results in a vote on confirmation of the Vildardo nomination (NY district judge) at 5:30pm on Monday. Under the order, at 5:00pm on Monday October 26, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Calendar #140, the nomination of Lawrence Joseph Vilardo, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of New York. There will then be up to 30 minutes for debate equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
