Cloture on Griffin moved to Tuesday--no votes tonight--Morning Business until 7pm for debate only

The cloture vote on the Griffin nomination to be General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board has been postponed to occur tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29, at time to be determined by the Majority Leader, following consultation with the Republican Leader.

The Senate is in a period of morning business until 7:00pm for debate only.

There will be no roll call votes tonight.
