Morning Business has been extended until 8:00pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minute each and with the time equally divided. There will likely be an effort to consider the short term transportation bill, H.R. 3819, and possibly nominations today. Therefore, roll call votes are still possible this afternoon. Another message will be sent if and when any agreement is reached.
