Cloture Filed on the Motion to Proceed to H.R.674

During Thursday's session of the Senate, cloture was filed on the motion to proceed to Calendar #212, H.R.674, the 3% Withholding Repeal and Job Creation Act.  By unanimous consent, the roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.674 will be at 5:30pm on Monday, November 7, 2011.
