Time Agreement on the Wallach Nomination

At a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider Calendar #405, the nomination of Evan Jonathan Wallach to be United States Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit.  There will be 15 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled between Senators Leahy and Grassley, or their designees.  Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
