Up to 3 Roll Call Votes Expected at Approximately 3:00pm

We expect that in addition to the 2 previously scheduled votes at approximately 3pm, there will now be a 3rd roll call vote on the Skavadahl nomination.  Therefore the series will be as follows:
  • Reid motion to proceed to S.1769, the Rebuild America Jobs Act (60-vote threshold)
  • McConnell motion to proceed to S.1786, the Long-Term Surface Transportation Extension Act (60-vote threshold)(if the first motion is unsuccessful)
  • Confirmation of Scott Wesley Skavdahl, of WY, to be United States District Judge for the District of Wyoming
The nomination of Richard G. Andrews, of DE, to be United States District Judge for the District of Delaware is expected to be confirmed by unanimous consent.
