The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.815, the Employee Non-Discrimination Act, post-cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
All time during recess, adjournment, and morning business will count post-cloture on the motion to proceed to S.815, ENDA.
