Agreement on NDAA--vote Tuesday morning
The Senate has reached an agreement with respect to S.1356, National Defense Authorization Act.
Following Leader remarks on Tuesday, November 10, the Chair will lay before the Senate the House message to accompany S.1356; that Senator McCain or his designee be recognized to offer a motion to concur in the House amendment and that there then be 20 minutes of debate equally divided prior to a vote on the motion to concur. If the motion to concur is agreed to, the Senate will proceed to the immediate consideration of H.Con.Res.90, and the resolution be agreed to.
As a result of this agreement, around 10:30am on Tuesday, November 10, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.1356, NDAA (passage).
