Cloture filed on the motion to proceed to H.R.2354

During Tuesday's session of the Senate, cloture was filed on the motion to proceed to H.R.2354, the Energy and Water Appropriations bill (the expected vehicle for the Energy & Water, Financial Services and State & Foreign Operations Appropriations bills).  By unanimous consent, this vote will occur Thursday afternoon, the fourth vote in a series beginning at approximately 2:30pm.
