Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.2029, Military Construction/VA Appropriations, with the time until 5:30pm equally divided.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and vote on confirmation of the nomination of Executive Calendar #334, Scott Allen, to be US Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
As a reminder, during today's session Senator McConnell announced that following Leader remarks on Tuesday, November 10, the Chair will lay before the Senate the House message to accompany S.1356, NDAA; Senator McCain or his designee will be recognized to offer a motion to concur in the House amendment and there will be 20 minutes equally divided before a vote on the motion to concur; if the motion to concur is agreed to, the Senate will proceed to the immediate consideration of H.Con.Res.90, and the concurrent resolution will be agreed to.
