Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.2280, a bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline. There will be up to 6 hours of debate equally divided between opponents and proponents.
If all debate time is used, at approximately 6:15pm, the Senate will proceed to up to 5 roll call votes, with up to 30 minutes of debate after the vote on the Ross nomination and before the cloture vote on the USA Freedom Act.
