Agreement to vote on Gayle Smith (USAID) nomination at 5:30pm on Monday, November 30

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Monday, November 30, there be up to 30 minutes of debate prior to a vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #268, the nomination of Gayle Smith, of Ohio, to be Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development.
