Cloture filed on amendment #2812 (substitute) and H.R.2577 (THUD)
Senator McConnell filed cloture on Collins-Reed amendment #2812 (substitute) and H.R.2577, THUD appropriations. Unless an agreement can be reached, the cloture vote on the substitute would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Friday, November 20th.
The filing deadline for first degree amendments to the substitute and bill is 1:00pm tomorrow, Thursday, November 19. Amendments must be germane and timely filed to be considered in order if cloture is invoked.
