Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 11:00am. The cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed to H.R.2577, THUD appropriations, will be withdrawn and at a time to be determined by the two Leaders, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R.2577.

We expect a cloture vote on the compound motion to go to conference on S.1177, ESEA, as early as 10:15am.
