4:29pm The Senate began a 10 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1034, Victor Allen Bolden, of Connecticut, to be United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. This will be the last roll call vote of the day. Following this vote, the Senate will recess subject to the call of the chair in order to allow senators to attend a members-only briefing on ISIL.
