The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 11:00am. By consent, at 11:00am the HELP committee will be discharged from further consideration of S.2873, ECHO Act, and the Alexander substitute amendment will be agreed to. There will be up to 30 minutes of debate followed by a vote on passage of the bill, as amended.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
