McConnell files cloture on motion to concur on Cures Act

This afternoon, Senator McConnell laid before the body the message to accompany H.R.34, 21^st Century Cures Act, moved to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment, and filed cloture on the motion. He then filled the tree and set the cloture vote for Monday, December 5^th at 5:30pm.
