Vote schedule for Thursday, Monday and Tuesday--cloture filed on Hezir, Stivers, Leeson, Griggsby, Baran, McFerran and Williams nominations

Tonight Senator Reid filed cloture on the Hezir, Stivers, Leeson, Griggsby, Baran, McFerran and Williams nominations and subsequently reached an agreement to schedule the cloture and confirmation votes of those and the Orr and Hezir nominations. The vote schedule and agreement can be found below.

LEADER                       I ask unanimous consent that notwithstanding Rule 22, at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, December 4, 2014, all post-cloture time be considered expired and the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of Cal. #'s 555 (Orr) and 660 (Hezir); further that following these votes the Senate proceed to vote on cloture on the following nominations:

Cal. #'s 1039 (Stivers), 1040(Leeson), 835(Griggsby)

further, that if cloture is invoked on any of these nominations, that the time until 1:45 be in morning business, for debate only; equally divided in the usual form, and that at 1:45 pm, all post-cloture time be considered expired and the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of the nominations in the order upon which cloture was invoked; further, that following these votes, the Senate proceed to vote on cloture on the following nominations:

Cal. #'s 1082(Baran), 1083(McFerran), 552(Williams)

further, that if cloture is invoked on any of these nominations, that on Monday, December 8, 2014, following Leader remarks, the time until 5:30 p.m., be in morning business, for debate only, equally divided in the usual form;  and that at 5:30 pm, all post-cloture time be considered expired and the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of the nominations in the order upon which cloture was invoked; further, that following those vote, the Senate be in a period of morning business, for debate only, further that on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, the Senate be in a period of morning business, for debate only, with the time equally divided in the usual form, and at 10:30 a.m., the Senate proceed to vote on cloture on:

Cal. #'s 1080(Lodge), 1081(Walter)

further that if cloture is invoked, the time until 6:00  p.m., be in morning business, for debate only, equally divided in the usual form;  and that at 6:00 p.m., all post-cloture time be considered expired and the Senate proceed to vote on the nominations in the order listed;  further that there be two minutes for debate prior to each vote and all roll call votes after the first vote in each sequence be 10 minutes in length; further, with respect to the nominations in this agreement, that if any nomination is confirmed, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action.
