Cloture invoked re: NDAA conference
Cloture was invoked on the conference report to accompany S.2943, NDAA by a vote of 92-7.
There will now be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate. By unanimous consent, post-cloture time counts as if cloture were invoked at 1:00am. Senators will be notified when the next vote is scheduled.
