Cloture filed on CR, WRDA
This afternoon the Chair laid before the body the message to accompany H.R.2028 (CR) and made a motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment. He then filed cloture on the motion to concur and filled the tree.
Unless an agreement is reached, the cloture vote would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Saturday, December 10.
The Chair then laid before the body the House message to accompany Calendar #65, S.612 and made a motion to concur in the House amendment. He then filed cloture on the motion and filled the tree.
Unless an agreement is reached, that cloture vote would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on the next legislative day, or immediately upon disposition of H.R.2028 (CR) whichever is later.
