Agreement on Restrepo nomination
The Senate has reached an agreement that at 5:00pm on Monday, January 11, 2016, the Senate will enter Executive Session to consider the nomination of Luis Felipe Restrepo to be US Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit. There will be 30 minutes of debate followed by a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination.
