Senate Floor Schedule for Monday, December 10, 2012
- Convenes: 2:00pm
- Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 5:00pm with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.
- Following morning business, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S.3637, the transaction account guarantee (TAG) extension legislation with the time until 5:30pm equally divided and controlled between the two Leaders or their designees.
- During Thursday's session of the Senate, cloture was filed on the motion to proceed to S.3637. As a result, at 5:30pm on Monday, there will be a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.3637.
