Roll Call Votes

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Neil Gorsuch to be Associate Justice of the Supreme Court; not invoked (McConnell changed his vote to ‘no’ in order to reconsider): 55-45.
  2. McConnell motion to reconsider the vote by which cloture was not invoked on the Gorsuch nomination; agreed to: 55-45.
  3. Schumer motion to postpone consideration of the Gorsuch nomination until 3:00pm on Monday, April 24th; not agreed to: 48-52.
  4. Schumer motion to adjourn until 5:00pm; not agreed to: 48-52.
