Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #191, David Joel Trachtenberg, to be Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense, with 10 minutes of debate equally divided prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
