The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, October 19, 2017.
Following leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.Con.Res.71, FY18 budget resolution, and it be in order to call up the following amendments:
1. Wyden amendment #1302 (strike Finance reconciliation)
2. Capito amendment #1393 (Cantwell side-by-side)
3. Cantwell amendment #1141 (SALT)
The time until 11:45am will be for debate on the amendments equally divided and at 11:45am the Senate will vote in relation to the amendments.
Following disposition of the Cantwell amendment, Warner amendment #1138 (strike PAYGO) will be called up and the time until 2:00pm will be equally divided. At 2:00pm the Senate will vote in relation to the Warner amendment.
Senators should expect a series of additional amendment votes during Thursday’s session in order to complete action on the budget resolution.
