2 roll call votes expected around 3:20pm

The Senate has reconvened and Senator Paul is speaking. We expect him to raise a Budget point of order against the Supplemental. When he is finished (he has up to an hour under cloture), we expect 2 roll call votes, on a motion to waive the point of order and on the motion to concur with respect toH.R.2266, Emergency Supplemental. Those votes could begin around 3:20pm if he uses the entire hour. If he ends early, we could vote earlier. Upon disposition of the Supplemental, we expect Senator McConnell to turn to the consideration of the resolution of disapproval with respect to the CFPB arbitration rule.
