4:02pm The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.2266, Emergency Supplemental Appropriations.

Vote Result - Agreed To: 82-17.

Upon disposition of the Supplemental, we expect Senator McConnell to turn to the consideration of H.J.Res.111, the resolution of disapproval with respect to the CFPB arbitration rule (voice vote expected). There will then be up to 10 hours of debate equally divided prior to a vote on passage. We expect Republicans to yield back some of their time.
