Senate proceeds to consideration of H.J.Res.111, CFPB CRA

The Senate agreed to the consideration of H.J.Res.111, the resolution of disapproval with respect to the CFPB arbitration rule, by voice vote. There will now be up to 10 hours of debate equally divided followed by a vote on passage of the resolution of disapproval (possible in the 8-10pm range).

Another message will be posted when the timing of the vote is expected.
