2 roll call votes at 4:00pm today

The Senate has reached an agreement that at 3:30pm today, there be 30 minutes of post-cloture time remaining on the Barrett nomination, equally divided between the Leaders or their designees, and that following the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate will vote on the confirmation of the Barrett nomination and that if confirmed the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid on the table and the President be immediately notified of the Senate’s action.

1)      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #368, Amy Barrett, of Indiana, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit, post-cloture.

2)      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #369, Joan Larsen, of Michigan, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit
