The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Thursday, November 2, 2017.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #432, Allison Eid, of Colorado, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit, post-cloture.

At 11:30am, there will be 30 minutes of post cloture time remaining on the Eid nomination equally divided. Following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Eid nomination.

Thursday at 12:00 Noon – 2 roll call votes

1)      Confirmation of Executive Calendar #432, Allison Eid, of Colorado, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit.

2)      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #433, Stephanos Bibas, of Pennsylvania, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday’s session.
