The Senate has reached an agreement that results in 2 roll call votes at 5:00pm tonight. At 4:30pm, there will be 30 minutes of debate equally divided. Upon the use or yielding back of time, there will be a vote on confirmation of the Engel nomination. Then, there will be a cloture vote on the Robb nomination. If cloture is invoked on the Robb nomination, there would be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate prior to a vote on confirmation.
