Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #407, William L. Wehrum, of Delaware, to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, post-cloture.
At 11:00am, there will be 30 minutes of post-cloture debate remaining, equally divided, followed by a vote on confirmation of the Wehrum nomination.
Following disposition of the Wehrum nomination, the Senate will recess until 1:45pm.
At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Executive Calendar #159, Derek Kan, of California, to be Under Secretary of Transportation.
