11:30am roll call vote on confirmation of Wehrum nomination
The Senate is considering Executive Calendar #407, William L. Wehrum, of Delaware, to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, post-cloture. Under the previous order, at 11:00am, there will be 30 minutes of post-cloture debate remaining, equally divided, followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination. If all time is used, at 11:30am there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the Wehrum nomination.
Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 1:45pm.
At 1:45pm, the Senate will reconvene and immediately vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #159, Derek Kan, of California, to be Under Secretary of Transportation.
