3 roll call votes at Noon on Wednesday, 11/15
The Senate has reached an agreement that tomorrow, Wednesday, at 11:50am, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #463, Mark T. Esper, to be Secretary of the Army, and that there be 10 minutes of debate followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
Following disposition of the Esper nomination, all post-cloture time on Executive Calendar #383, David G. Zatezalo, of West Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health, will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Zatezalo nomination.
By the rules, upon disposition of the Zatezalo nomination, cloture will ripen on Executive Calendar #300, Joseph Otting, of Nevada, to be Comptroller of the Currency, and the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination.
