Roll Call Vote on cloture on Zatezalo nomination (mine safety)
At 5:08pm, the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on cloture on Executive Calendar #383, David G. Zatezalo, of West Virginia, to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health;
If cloture is invoked, there would be up to 30 hours of debate prior to a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
