McConnell files cloture on Katsas nomination (DC Circuit)
Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #481, Gregory Katsas, of Virginia, to be US Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
At 5:30pm, on Monday, November 27th, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #314, Dabney Langhorne Freidrich, of California, to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia, and on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #481, Gregory Katsas, of Virginia, to be US Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
