Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #481, Gregory Katsas, of Virginia, to be US Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit, post-cloture, and immediately recess until 4:00pm.
At 4:00pm, there will be 90 minutes of debate remaining on the Katsas nomination followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
