Agreement to vote on Balash (Interior)

The Senate has reached an agreement that at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader and Democratic Leader, the Senate proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #321, the nomination of Joseph Balash, of Alaska, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior. There will be 1 hour of debate on the nomination equally divided followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
