Agreement to vote on Bodine nomination (EPA)

The Senate has reached an agreement that at a time to be determined, the Senate proceed to Executive Session for consideration of Executive Calendar #167, Susan Parker Bodine, to be an Assistant Administrator of the EPA, with 30 minutes of debate equally divided followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
