2 votes at 4:30pm-confirmation of Willett and cloture on Ho nominations

The Senate has reached an agreement that results in 2 roll call votes at 4:30pm today. At 4:00pm, there will be 30 minutes of post-cloture time remaining on the Willett nomination, equally divided. Following the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Willett nomination. Upon disposition of the nomination, there will be a cloture vote on Executive Calendar #535, James C. Ho, of Texas, to be US Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.
