The Senate stands
adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business until 12:00 Noon with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #430, Jennifer Gillian Newstead, to be Legal Adviser of the Department of State. Under the previous order, there will be 10 minutes of debate followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
