Morning Business until 3pm

The Senate has reconvened and is in a period of morning business until 3:00pm, with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each and the time equally divided. 

At 3:00pm, we expect a roll call vote on the motion to proceed to the conference report to accompany H.R. 1, Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
