12:08am The Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the Enzi motion to waive all applicable points of order with respect to the conference report to accompany H.R.1, tax reconciliation.

Not agreed to: 51-48. The points of order are sustained and the material will be stricken from the conference report (listed below).

1.      Shall the Senate recede from its amendment to H.R.1 and concur therein with a further amendment. (That amendment is the text of the conference report minus the stricken language of the conference report)
