Vote on FISA/702 at 12:15pm Thursday
All post-cloture time on the motion to concur in the House
message to accompany S.139 (702/FISA) will expire at 12:15pm tomorrow,
Thursday, January 18th. At that time, the Senate will dispose of the
pending motion to concur with an amendment and any pending amendments (could be
defeated by voice vote or withdrawn by consent) and then vote on the motion to concur (passage
of FISA). Senators should expect at least one roll call vote at that time.
